Have you ever wondered what the most covered songs are? I got my little magnifying glass to find out for you and after this very scientific investigation, here's a list of the most popular and frequently covered songs.

Of course, I didn't even count amateur covers or covers by unsigned professional artists, since that's impossible to calculate, but it would still significantly increase the numbers I'm sharing with you today!


"Yesterday" by the Beatles


This classic love song has been covered by over 2,200 artists, including Elvis Presley, Ray Charles, and Marvin Gaye.




"Summertime" by George Gershwin
